Integrative Therapy Workshop for Moms with Brogan Ganley

Being a mom can at times be the most stressful and tiring job ever! A lot of the time we are last on the list of who gets taken care of. In this workshop you are the focus. You get to slow down, relax your mind and body, and restore. During deep relaxation our heart rate and breathing slow, muscle tension reduces, blood pressure reduces, and all organ systems benefit.
We will use a number of different therapies including; Aromatherapy – learning which essential oils can help in your restoration, Breath Awareness – how simply following the breath can help to reduce stress, Restorative Yoga – optimum positioning with lots props, and Meditation- that will help you find a calmness in the mind. We are looking to help restore balance to our mind and body and also learn skills that you can use in your daily life at home to help keep you on this path.
