I went and checked out the new condos at 100 Luquer back in the fall. They were expensive — $750,000 for a small two-bedroom with a tiny tiny living room– but with spectacular views. The units have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the New York Harbor and Manhattan. Just spectacular. But tiny living and kitchen and the kitchen fixtures were not impressive. Anyway, the single apartments weren’t selling and now the building is for sale for $15.5 million, and apparently it’s not selling either. Read more at Brownstoner.
