Intermix, The Gap’s upscale boutique, is opening its first Brooklyn store at 140 Smith, in the space formerly occupied by restaurant Saul, near Luluemon, the upscale yoga clothing store, on Nov. 25, according to Racked. The store will feature Brooklyn designers as well as couture labels such as Rag & Bone and Helmut Lang.
And luxe T-shirt design shop Splendid has opened on Court.Â
 No word on the opening date for J. Crew on Pacific at the corner of Court.
