It’s always funny to me that the smallest of culinary news around here  shows up in national media outlets. The Huffington Post today wrote a news item based on The Cobble Hill Blog post that Greenpoint’s Peter Pan doughnuts (for which Tina Fey professed her love) are now being sold at the Brooklyn Farmacy (513 Henry Street) on Saturday mornings, starting at 10 a.m. According to the Cobble Hill Blog, the selection is limited but recently included “glazed, chocolate glazed, red velvet, sour cream glazed and two types of crullers,” and that the sinfully fatty pastries “definitely live up to the hype.” Tina Fey made some comment to Esquire about donuts and the male sex drive…. sound like these are going to be worth a try.
