Teen John Katehis was convicted of murder and faces life in prison in the grisly murder of WABC newsman and Carroll Gardens resident George Weber, in 2009.
Weber was stabbed 50 times in a bondage-sex tryst with Katehis, who he met on Craigslist. Weber was found in his home on Henry St. between Carroll and President.
The first trial ended in a mistrial; the second trial began last week.

Katehis’ attorneys argued he acted in self defense after being given alcohol and cocaine. But this latest jury agreed with the prosecution that the crime was murder.
