Breaking news: The New York Times is reporting that Mayor Mike Bloomberg is launching a $130 million aid and work training program to help African-American and Latino men in New York. Bloomberg himself is putting $30 million into the program, matched by $30 million from hedge fund guru George Soros. The city is paying the remaining $60 million.
