Have you lost something while riding an MTA train? We did–lose our daughter’s baby blanket/sleep aid–and trying to use the city’s electronic lost and found form is enough to drive someone bonkers. First off, you can’t find it at MTA–you have to google Lost and Found Unit. Then you click a link and go to an electronic form that’s almost impossible to fill in.
It’s hard to use, to see, to navigate, despite the city’s recent press release that an automated lost and found system would certainly make the process clean and simple.
Have you had an experience with this? Let us know.
