The New York Times has always taken a shine to Prime Meats, the seven-year-old restaurant by the two Franks, down on Court an Luquer streets. This week, an article about the “crispy Guinea hen” menu item, which is interesting, and the dish, delicious and unusual; taking its inspiration from a similar menu item sampled by one of the Franks in Berlin.
