The owner of Pacific Green grocery store, at Court and Pacific streets, has hired an attorney to fight to stay in that location. But J.Crew is going ahead with its plans to overhaul the space and turn it into the national retailer’s first Brooklyn location.
Seems the city denied a proposal to turn the second floor into retail, and the proposals and plans are still in the back-and-forth stage.
