How is it that a top-rated Ramen house opened in downtown Brooklyn in September 2012, right under our noses? How did this happen? What a funny location right on Fulton Mall. But the critics seem to agree, the ramen here is spectacular, the setting, cozy.
It’s Ganso, from owner/Japanese-food-writer Harris Salat. A bowl of the buzzed-about Ganso ramen, with shoyu broth and thin, straight noodles, will run you $12. Excited to check this one out.
