The views from Dumbo keep changing. This week, the owners of South Street Seaport proposed a major renovation of the rickety shopping mall, nestled to the south of the Brooklyn Bridge on the Manhattan side. The proposal would add a lot of glass and high-end stores. The process to win city approvals is now underway.
