Newly Homeless Win in Court Against Bloomberg

The city’s homeless shelter population hit an all-time high of 40,000 this past fall, according to The New York Times, and Bloomberg looked to impose new rules to require those seeking shelter to show they had nowhere else to go, saying that some folks were just hoping the city would pay their rent as a way out of paying it themselves.
