Borough President Marty Markowitz is securing city money to beautify and improve 4th Avenue. He’s hosting a meeting Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. Â at St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 249 Ninth St., at 4th Ave.
Brooklyn community board reps and the 4th Ave. Task Force will be in attendance.
