Saturday, Oct. 15, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Some of Brooklyn’s hottest chefs, restaurants and local vineyards partner with farmers to host the first Tastes of Brooklyn festival at Borough Hall.
Bring your appetite and 718-palate to Court Street and Jorolamon. There’ll be food, kids activities, Grimaldi’s, Red Jacket Orchards for the little ones, and more. SAUL, Ici, Egg and The Meat Hook will all be representing.
The event benefits Seeds in the Middle, a new project in Crown Heights that is setting out to help residents improve their diets. Tickets are $35 for six plates of food in advance from tastesofbrooklyn.com and seedsinthemiddle.org,
