Photographer Joshua Kristal hit the Carroll Gardens Flea Market on June 3. The annual event is held in Carroll Park.
“Was crowded. I was there at 10 a.m. when it opened. Already deals were being made, including the elephant sculpture set. Scooped up in a hot minute. Was an interesting mix of local old schoolers selling their wares, new crap, lovely antiques and vintage clothes. Gorgeous weather. A low-brow Brooklyn Flea sans food and hipsters.”
Sounds good. If you missed it, it’ll happen again next June.
