The Sights, Eddie Baranak’s indefatigable Detroit rock outfit (with bassist Mark Leahey), are playing Union Hall tonight with the Nouvellas and The Nuclears and it’s sure to be a great show. “At last — a new Detroit-garage band that comes in colors,” says  David Fricke / Rolling Stone, and this from NME: “Anyone who thought Detroit’s rock’n’roll production line was in danger of seizing up for another 20 years in the wake of The White Stripes is in for a real shock when they hear this.†BBC’s Zoe Street said the Sights are “impossible to ignore for all the best, most exciting reasons.†– Zoe Street, BBC.Â
