Sat., June 4th and Sun., June 5th: Atlantic Avenue is one of the best shopping and art districts in South Brooklyn. ArtWalk is a self-guided tour of open artist studios, area exhibitions, public art projects, special events for adults and kids, and local merchants hosting promotions.

ArtWalk includes artists across all media, participatory events, film, public art, live music, and activities for families and children of all ages. Visitors can enjoy exhibits, view and buy work, meet the artists and sample the avenue’s restaurants, shops, and bars. Area restaurants and bars offer special rates to ArtWalkers throughout the weekend.

Saturday, June 4:  ArtWalk Block Party on Nevins Street between Atlantic and Pacific, featuring live music, food, art activities, performances, and more.

Sunday, June 5: Family activities and creative kid programming at Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pier 6 in the afternoon.
