City Councilman Steve Levin, who covers Brooklyn Heights, downtown Brooklyn and parts of Boerum Hill, was robbed twice in one night this past weekend, according to a story Thursday in NBC New York.
Apparently his office in Boerum Hill, on Atlantic Avenue, was robbed of a TV and other items. When the police notified him of the robbery, he left his Greenpoint apartment to head to the office, only to see his car had been stolen.
And now, L Magazine is suggesting that the simultaneous robberies were a political-world intimidation tactic.
Meanwhile, Levin for people to look out for his 2000 red Honda Civic.
