Mon., May 16, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.: According to the Farmer's Almanac,
May 16 will debut the Full Flower Moon. At Lunetta, the night means
“full flower†in another way… full tummy flower, thanks to chef
Adam Shepard.
Every full moon, Shepard will hold a one-night ramen bar at Lunetta, his
lovely, quaint Italian trattoria on Smith, near Dean. Lunetta was formerly
Taku, a beloved ramen restaurant, also Shepard's work.
This month’s ramen bar features spicy yuzu chicken wings, sesame-crusted
shrimp, longbean salad with miso tofu dressing, crispy tofu fries and savory
pork ramen.
