
The drama is warming up at Invisible Dog Art Gallery on Bergen, between Smith and Boerum Place. In addition to hosting the area’s public school fundraisers in its grand third-floor loft space of late, the gallery is hosting a number of performances and events.

Thursday, Feb. 16 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Kid-In Magazine throws its launch party at Invisible Dog. The new art/photography/design magazine is geared toward parents with taste. Check it out.
Friday Feb. 17, G Douglas Barrett performs at 7:30 p.m. WORKTREUE/TRUEWORK is a performance installation layering a diverse set of performance events conflating the problems of historical authenticity in music, and labor in artistic production. Included are performances of works by Anton Webern, Philip Corner, Carl Andre, La Monte Young, G Douglas Barrett, and others. Performed by Fahad Siadat, G Douglas Barrett, and special guests.
