Through Oct. 9: It’s tennis time in NYC, and the outdoor tennis season at Prospect Park Tennis Center has begun. For permits and information on daytime outdoor season play, visit the Tennis Permits page or call 718.965.8914.
You don’t need a permit to play at night, but reservations are recommended. Call 718-436-2500.
For playing on courts throughout the city, you’ll need a yearly permit, for $200, or a one-time play pass, for $15. You can find courts and reserve court time here.
At Prospect Park’s tennis center, you can park your car, and play at night, or during the day, all year-long. Their Special Aces program offers group tennis lessons for children with special needs. The Tennis Center is great for a family outing or a birthday party. Click here to learn more.
