Late Saturday night/early Sunday, a fire raged on the new playground equipment in PS 29’s school yard. The fire scorched and melted the plastic playhouse in the corner of the yard, off of Baltic Street. Seems like a nefarious prank but we’ll get more info soon.
Fire inspectors are investigating.
