We’ll have more on this story from South Brooklyn Post, but for now the blog Your Nabe is reporting that Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes is seeking a life sentence against Boerum Hill resident George Villanueva, 42, who is charged with pushing Officer Alain Schaberger of the 84th Precinct (Dumbo/Brooklyn Heights/Boerum Hill) to his death over a railing.
The incident happened March 18.
