The details are still up for debate, but one fact is certain: Demolition and new construction is coming to Cobble Hill’s Long Island College Hospital campus, located around Henry, Hicks, Atlantic, Pacific and Amity streets.
City Councilman Brad Lander says he’s against the Fortis Group’s request for increased zoning, so it can build bigger and higher in exchange for building a school, a park and other amenities.
