According to reports in Eater, the owner/chef couple of Seersucker and Smith Canteen are opening a Vietnamese restaurant near Smith Canteen, on Smith between Carroll and President. All lovers of Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) and fresh herbs and steamed shrimp stuffed into a rice-paper wrapper–the wait is over!
