Don’t miss the ice skating at Bryant Park and Central Park, it’s a real winter treat for city dwellers. Bryant Park offers a nice rink and free skating with a $14 skate rental until Sunday, Feb. 26. Reserve online to avoid the lines, at www.citipondatbryantpark.com.
Rink hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 8 a.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.
If Central Park is where you are heading, there are two rinks, Lasker Rink at the north end of the park and Wollman Rink located at the southern end.  Admission to Central Park’s Lasker and Wollman rinks vary from day to day and the length of skate time.
