At Dekalb Market, Santa has been updated by Sylvia Heisel and Scott Taylor of Post Modern Production—he’ll be holding court on a throne made of hay bales and eco-friendly shrink wrap in the Sant-A-Box, a repurposed shipping container decked out with hundreds of hand-cut paper snowflakes and lots of glitter.
Bring your camera and your family, including pets, to take your own holiday photos at the complimentary Sant-A-Box photo booth—costumes will be provided if you want to dress up.
Sant-A-Box is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Santa on hand on the weekends until 4 p.m., at Dekalb Market, a lively little shopping, food and music market in downtown Brooklyn.
