Bourgeois Pig Brooklyn in Carroll Gardens to open really, really soon (probably Sunday, Dec. 4). Zagat. We stopped by the new eatery/bar located in Scotto’s Funeral Home, at Court and 1st Place, this week. The story is that it’ll be very similar to the fondue and wine bar located on the Lower East Side, but will also offer cocktails and a raw bar. It’s a fairly small space, but from the looks of the busy renovations going on there for the past few months, it could be a real looker.
