Sat., Aug.20: Tour of the Churches of Cobble Hill. The Here, the Now, the Long Gone & the Forgotten

Many houses of worship in Cobble Hill have undergone metamorphoses over the years. In this part of what was once known as “the city of churches,” some houses of worship remain functioning while others remain only in form. This tour explores churches that are or once were in this picturesque landmarked district.
Tour Leader: Mary Ann DiNapoli, urban historian.
10:30 a.m., $15, $10 MAS members. Pay at tour.

Transit: 2, 3, 4, or 5 Trains to Borough Hall. Walk South on Court St.
