It seems progress is being made on a trash-strewn dump lot on Pacific St. that had become a hangout for ne’er-do-wells. The property is now closed off with a fence tied together with white wire (lovely), and the lot seems to have been considerably cleaned out.
The lot is next to Pacifico, on Pacific St. between Smith and Boerum Place in Boerum Hill. The city ordered a cleanup after a story in The Daily News.
The owner is 262-276 Atlantic Realty Corp., according to the News.
