Mon., June 13: Inside the Archives. Join the N.Y. Transit Museum archives staff for an inside look at one of the most expansive donations the museum has ever received. The 45,000 photographic prints and negatives from the Lonto-Watson Collection comprise a rich survey of New York horsecar, trolley, railroad, subway, and elevated railway images. After 18 months of processing, the remarkable body of images will soon be accessible to the public.
