Saturday, April 23, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.:Â Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation Tree Giveaway will distribute 130 trees on a first-come, first-served basis, as part of MillionTreesNYC, a city program to plant one million trees in NYC. Trees cool and clean the air, reduce dirty storm water runoff and water pollution, and generally make people happier.
